If you are doing any racing they are but thats about it. You probably won't notice any difference just driving normal.

the strut tower brace doesnt make a huge differnce but it will help a little. i put on the brace right before i got my roush springs and it helped a little but not really a lot. but both the springs and the brace together make it so ive got very little body roll around corners. go for it.

well i was wondering if i would notice a strut tower i want to start modding my suspension

i drive 30 miles each way to school every day all country roads and they are windy its like driving a road coarse the hole way home straight stretch right turn left turn straight left right left and so on

would any thing else help like upper lower control arms, front rear sway bar , subframe connectors , and springs

do u think those mods would be something i would realy notice i realy want to reduce body roll it is horrible i drive fast like 55 around turns and it is so much roll

I have Steeda springs and later put on a BBK chrome strut tower brace. I could tell a difference following each.
Just warning, the brace is a pain in the ***. You have to take off the wiper cowl, hood and that plastic crap on the firewall and cut it down to the brace bracket will fit. It looks good (I like shiny stuff), but it was a pain.

Yup, the best thin to reduce body roll is lowering the car with better springs..
