I've got a 95 with 18 x 9 bullit wheels and I was wondering if i could go 2" lower without any problems

 

anything more then1.5 inches and you'll need caster camber plates

 

Yeah youll scrape when you go over pot holes and bumps an such, I lowered mine almost 2 inches, looks sexy but my chin spoiler scrapes like theres no tommorow, I hope your planning on lowering it the right way by gettin springs shocks/struts and cc plates.... if you do just the springs your gonna blow your shocks out an have a $hitty ride!!

 

u wont really have problems with tire scrub but the rest stated is true

 

Yeah you wont have any tire rubbing or anything like that youll just have to learn how to meneuverover speed bumps...

 

those speed bumps do become an art

 

I think I remember reading a how-to on making your own c/c plates after dropping your car?

Something about dremeling the holes in the plates larger or something? Does anyone remember this or know where to find it?

 

it might be on mustangworld.com i know what ur talkin about, u just make the whole in the stock cc plates more like slots

 

i was searching for it, but i couldn't find the convo about it, if someone finds it, post it up, cause lowering is on my list.

 

ill look for it, but u know if u get some eibach pro spring u wont need them right
