I was thinking about getting the chrome cause its like 30$ cheaper thenI could just paint it black [8D]unless I could get the black mirrored so it had a nice shine could i get the same effect with clear coat??

Why would you get chrome on a silver car? That would barely show up. Just get the black inserts.
