they aren't...the 2 piece was ok for me...i still might just buy that third piece from a Ford dealer eventually...i am very OCD about the outside of my car though and it doesn't really bother me...so if you aren't picky save yourself the money and get the 2 piece...my GF paid for mine for my b-day last year though so i wasn't complaining

i got mine a while back for 65, 70 shipped from v6mustangstuff, about 2 days after i bought it they raised the price to 83. i got lucky.

Its funny I asked this same thing on another board. Most said to get the 3 piece as its worth the extra part it comes with. That part doesn't 100% cover up the radiator but it does do a better job. The 2 piece you can still see the parts of the radiator and it doesn't look that great when you are directly in front of the car and take some pictures or just look at it. You may want to go with the 3 piece for the piece of mind and then not feel like crap when you see the radiator with the 2 piece and kick yourself in the *** for not spending those extra few bucks on the extra cover.

if u got the money go witht he 3 piece, if u just want the delete u could compromise, u might be able to make a radiator cover for less than 40 bux

where did you buy your cobra bumper from?
got it off ebay, and just bought the 3 piece delete from ebay as well. Ill post some pics when everythings done
