Default trac control

Is there any way I can turn the traction control off in my 2000 Mustang if it doesn't have the button on the console???

yeah it tells the computer that the car has lost traction and puts both tires to work

so you can just buy the button and be able to have traction controll and if you dont have a button it is off because the reason i ask is because in july i move to pa and i am going to be dreading driving when it becomes winter and i have to drive in the snow up and down the hills and if i can just buy the button and have traction control and it will help me in snow i will buy one
