how many cold cranking amps should i be looking for to get the best performance outta my 2000 stang?? the more the better pretty much right??

Just get an Optimayellow top and call it a day. CCA's don't really need to be that high for a car, I have the yellow top in mine and it's great. My truck only requires 850, and I have an Optimablue top in it.
