Exhaust Tips

does anyone have exhaust tips?? if i were to get tips that went from 2" to 3" for my duals... would i have to cut the exhaust in order for the tip to "look right" on my exhaust.. does anyone have pictures

Are you talking about the bumper?

I have 4" x 18" SS tips with a GT bumper.
