Ok so if I spend the $50 what am i getting? Something cheap that will break or come off within 6 months or something that's actually worth paying for? I've seen some of the kits on ebay and they don't look good.

the car sometimes doesnt idle correctly when installed, it often adds too much air to fuel

the most $ efficient set up would be an ebay cai with a k&n filter, as long as it bolts up u will have no performance differences, the chrome may fade a bit more than a mac or bbk but the performance will be exactly the same

ORIGINAL: tomzac

With a cotton/oil filters, whenusing it after a fresh clean and reoil, after 50-100 miles, you should spray the MAF sensors/elements with nonresidue electrical cleaner. The excess oil from the filter will collect on the MAF sensors and throw the readings off. This will cause reduced mileage, poor idle, and less than optimum performance. When you spray the MAF elements, do not touch them with anything solid. Just the stream of the cleaning fluid will do. Two or three one second sprays. Periodic cleaning of the elements is good.
hey man what's up? Finally made it over here i see. i've been tellin everybody here about your car.
