I just got an offered a set ofcobra rims17+9 chrome including tires for 1100 the tires arnt even mounted and the rims and still in the boxes he just opened1 box to show me the rims where good sound like a reasonable deal??

Edit: the tires retail for almost 200$ a tire... z rated

ebay banned me they sayed im linked to fraud which is fucl<ing stupid plus this is localsoI figuredI would save 300$ on shipping which is usually what it costs to get rims shipped to me
