Default Debating on engine swap

I have a 98 V6 mustang right now. I have a 94 Marquis with the 4.6 V8 I'm using as a body parts donor for another Marquis we have. I thought about taking the 4.6 out of the Marquis and installing it in the Mustang. Have any of you folks here done that and if so how hard was it? Is there a swap kit you can purchase for this. If I'm not mistaken the 96-98 mustangs had the 4.6L from the factory? Correct me if I'm wrong. Any suggestions, tips, etc would be greatly appreciated.

not sure what's in the marquis. if it's the same 4.6 in the 96-98 mustang GTs, i wouldn't bother. putting in a high mileage NPI motor would be such a waste.
