HOW TO SEAFOAM
pull a vaccum hose on the intake, and suck the stuff through there, unless of course, you messed up and brought the aerosol kind. lol.
You'll need to manually operate the throttle to keep the motor running as it pulls it in since, it does make it drop in idle a bit. just let it pull in a little at a time, don't try to over-do it.

pull your pcv valve and let the car suck about a 1/3 of the bottle while its running, put a 1/3 in the oil (change it in about a 100 miles), then put the last 1/3 in the gas tank. turn car off, wait 10 minutes or so and start her up and enjoy the show
i did exactly what it says on the bottle, and when i changed the oil about 50 miles after it was noticably darker. the last oil change i did the oil was nice and clean, and the car feels better.
You should record your seafoaming and upload it to YouTube like I did: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHQu1zM-zqA
I used the Brake Booster vacuum line to do mine.
