i just got my 40 series put on and man it sounds amazing! but ....it doesnt feel as torquey (sp) ...does a muffler like that affect the torque of the car? or is it all in my head?

I couldn't tell a difference with mine other than the sound. But then again, my hubby does call it the "Chokemaster."

flowmasters are supposed to increase torque...not decrease it...

its funny casue they are pretty much the worst flowing mufflers out there

I had my flows for about 6 months and then removed my cats, i felt some torque come back.

I have it on my car and the only thing I notice is a better sound. No increase in power and no decrease in power.

Where did it go? lol. But ive heard flows and forces are the same thing, but ur paying more for the name than the product... Then no one really talks about magnaflow anymore.. I dont want to bring the whole Flows vs. Forces arguement up again... but is there a proven dyno difference?
