Default Empty headed converters???

Hi, bought a "95" with 3.8L & 5 Spd. A previous owner cut open all the cats, emptied them & welded them back close. Guess they did it for a couple HP's. The engine light is on all the time.... I guess from the O2 sensors not getting correct feedback. I ordered a mach hi-flow to replace the H. In the mean time could this be the culprit .... motor runs rough at low rpms & high gears? I got the GT take offs, also anybody need a GT front cat H setup?

you might wanna take a look down at your head gaskets...94-95's had a slight problem with them.

[&:] Sorry bout the bold..... I had a feeling the head gasket was the culprit. This is probably the "secret area" in front of the motor bleeding coolant! Costly job? Anybody have a nice 3.8 to swap?
