What should i expect to pay to have a sunroof installed? What are your guys' opinion on sunroofs on mustangs?

i've never seen it but i would love it if i had it, so let me know if you get any estimates..

you'll need to pay for a body shop to do a cutout on your roof, then install some kind of special glass(not sure..?) and then a system that makes it move back/forth/up/down with the motor.. i really have no idea, but im guessing that is how its done

I am going to say no on this one. I really havent seen one that I liked. But the way I see it if your going to cut in the top like that then get a targa top

I was thinking about doing a targa top, but there are too many variable that come into play when removing the roof section of the frame (ex. body twist, sagging, etc...) Get a vert or stay coupe.

my parents have an 04 sixer and before they bought it they had the dealership install a sunroof. To get to the point the sunroof is very nice but.........the headliner now has to hang lower due to the sunroof. It looks fine just how it's susposed too.....but since its lower there is considerbly less head room.

i think they look pretty nice, not worth the money unless u REALLY like them, but if i was gonna custom fab sumthin i would do a targa top cause those are DEF badass

T-top yea, but a targa would look pretty nice. Id say just run subframes to brace and it would be enough for the loss of the roof.
