isnt that a SHO intake or somthing similar? (not a V8 obviously)

 

very similar, it looks close to the same, actually the sho looks like it would work better becaue the iac is mounted a lot lower, its mounted directly oposite of the tb. i doubt it would bolt up though. oh and the reason the f150 is worse is because it sits up even higher than the windstar does. the windstar is also plastic so it is very light and wont get as hot as the aluminum intake. colder air is good.

 

well, looks like its not gonna work...my egr relocation bracket fit on the car well and all but i cant get the pipe that goes from the egr valve to the header to reach that damn far. so it looks like im stuck untill i get a tuner. as soon as i get a tuner though i can shut off the egr then delete it and remove that damn valve. my tb adapter didnt work either, it is hitting the rad hose dead center so i was just gonna mount it like normal and end up cutting a hole in the hood but because of the egr nothin can go on.....f*ck emmisions.

Since I'm probably not having any real mods done to my car it was kind of a waste to me. The 93 octance tune doesnt really do anything unless you move up the spark advance then you really feel it but when you do that, I start getting hard starts so I felt that it wasnt good for my car, I could be wrong but I dont like it. If I had some gears and stuff it'd be worth it, but since I removed my needles and stuff when I installed one of those glow gauges(wasnt supposed to) it wont matter cuz they're wrong now anyways. People say they're worth it, and I'm sure it is, but not to me who isnt gonna moderately mod his car. The only reason for me to keep it is to check for codes and turn off the rear 02 is I get my LT headers. thats IF as in, if the company ever decided to ship them to me.
