So what i need isthe $800 (300-500 used)mach 1 shaker, it comes with everything needed for my car correct? With the excpeiton of the custom work i'll have to do to get it to stay in place / bolt to the throttle body.
the 300-500 is for the shaker off a mach by itself, it will take a lot more custom work and possibly a mach hood. the 800 kit is a bolt on kit that you can do in your driveway.

I dont understand why you'd waste about 700 bucks on all that when you could get the same for way cheaper? You must not understand that its going to GIVE YOU THE SAME RESULT

the kits are ok but it sits too low for me, i like how the actual mach shaker sits up high. i did find a hood that a guy will give me for free but its like 10 hours away and the part where the hinge bolts to the hood is messed up. i might be able to fix it but i have to go there and get it first...maybe i could strap it to the roof of the stang..lol.
