Now that my gears are in; will a hand held tuner be able to compensate for the new ratio?

any brand or model will compensate...most ppl on here will vouch for sct tuners because they have more custom tunes thanks to justin...who i still havent heard from.....

Diablo is great,easy to use and nice options as well. .I used one and its great gain with the tool.
