Tranny Problem??

Tranny Problem??
I have a 95 mustang with a 3.8 with a five spd. when i shift from 1st to 2nd above 3700rpm it jumps out of gear when i let the cluch out. But below 3700 it shifts fine.
Could it be the Throw out bearing, or the shift fork.
I could use everyone help!!
