I recently installed a fender well kit with K&amp;N air filter on my 98 v6 mustang</P>


Isthere supposed to be any difference in sound when this is installed</P>


I keep hearing a hissing sound and it gets louder as the gas is pressed</P>


any coments?</P>

 

You're hearing air woosh into the motor.

Relax.

 

it is just sucking in the world but that what you want to hear.

 

mine does the same, just enjoy the sound! u dont have anything to worry about.
