Thats not the thread, its not even on this forum

Lemme show you some pics.

Nottice how he filled in the IAC, also the bracket on the side relocates the throttle cables so there is more clearance on the top of the intake. He is also running a 75mm 96-04GT throttle body. The plate he fabbed is his custom IAC relocation bracket.

He sanded down the plastic part next to the IAC and a little on the throttle body. Doing this along with the relocation of the IAC and throttle cables enables you to retain your stock hood.

BTW, you dont have to run that TB by the way, you have to remove material on the intake to allow this to work.

but the problem isnt only the iac. its the intake tubing. where did he run that? thats my problem i actually have that same iac setup on mine. i shaved it all the way down like that then used a metal plate to cover it just for looks cuz there is a big void where he filled in w/ plastic resign crap to make his look smooth. i filled the iac port w/ jbweld though.

i used the stock metal bracket that was used for who knows what on the windstar and bent and cut it a little to fit the coil pack. it should work nicely and it doesnt look too bad. you wont really see it when everythings on.

and this, is what it will look like when im done w/ it. i cant f*ckin wait to get this all on the car and functional. it should look badass

Realistically, how much better is this thing?

Is it REALLY better than this intake?:
