Default Underdrive pully question: 24 or 42%?

I am leaning towards getting the 42% package that rpm outlet is offering...seems like a decent enough price. But will i have any problems with the ac/stereo/etc? If so, would installing an 18%OD alternator pulley fix that problem?

pick either the 42 or 24 and buy it. else you'll be thinking about it and never get it. Think about your options and make the purchase. You know the pros/cons of both already.

This question is a current topic in a couple of threads.

Get the 42% then get an alt overdrive pulley for your alt from VMP and be done.

I would highly recommend against RPM Outlet

I am gonna go ahead and do the 42% and alt overdrive pulley so i don't regret my decision. Does anyone know of a good site that i can get the 42%? I didn't see one at VPM and although RPM outlet does seem tempting i have seen in numerous posts of others that warn against doing business with them.
