Most likely nothing big. Trust me theres worse. I thought chirping was always the throwout bearing.

It could be the pilot bearing, does it happen when you are letting out the clutch?
I've got the same chirping in my winter beater, and I did the clutch in it about 40k ago,
but I didn't have the correct size puller to extract the pilot bearing, so I just ignored it and
put the clutch in, It has been chirping for about the last 20k miles, and it continues to get louder,
but this s**itbox isn't worth me getting under it and pullung the tranny again,( damned front wheel drive 0
so i'm gonna drive it till it s**ts the bed, Good luck though...
