Default Modding Potential

I'm at a point right now, where I'm trying to decide whether I want to save my money and buy a 300ZXTT which I love so dearly, or mod my 98 sixxer that I like, I just don't like how it handles or the major lack of power.

Now, I could save every penny I've got, and get a Z when I head to college, or soon after in about 2-3 years, and spend 10 grand. Or, I can mod my mustang and put all of this stuff in it:

3.73 gears, LSD, headers, upper/lower intake, exhaust, CAI, UD pulleys, shocks, struts, sway bars, strut tower brace, aluminum flywheel, aluminum driveshaft, true dual exhaust, and last but not least, a blower. I wouldn't need forged internals with all that correct?

I'm wondering how much it woudl cost to put all of that stuff on my car, and how much power would I have to the wheels? I know those mods would really power it up, but how much? Would I have around 300rwhp? I'd rather not spend all that money if I could just sell it and used the saved moeny to buy a 300ZX or a GT.

I'd like to get 400rwhp, but that would take lots and lots of money, especially on a sixxer. I'd imagine that would take a while longer too.

With 10K you could go well over 400 hp.

If done right... But he should have some room left with 10 grand.

ten grand should get you over 400 HP

1.) FULL exhaust, longtubes, mid pipe true duals (or do you want a turbo? setup will change)
2.) gears and detroit true trac
3.) Procharger/fuel system/tune
4.) porting
5.) suspention

dont waste money on stupid ****

I'd like to turbo, but a supercharger is cheaper and still gets decent gains.

That would be badass to have a V6 stang with 400hp.

I'm really debating which way to go now.

I'm just curious, if I put a twin turbo kit on it instead of a supercharger, where would I be at (power and cost)?

u can do alot with 10 grand

a custom turbo set up diesel turbos work great and are fairly cheap i friend of mine uses a cummins turbo on a SRT-4

just spend it wisely and dont be like one of my other friends and put over 12 grand in car and only run 12.6 with slicks and then blow the tranny 5 weeks after u spend 12 grand to turbo it

i say either turbo procharge or a custom M112 set up
with a 4.2 swap
rear gears and a tru trac
injectors and fuel pump
full exhaust with LT'S
powerpack with every option
SCT and a dyno tune

then ul be putting down some real power and some great numbers
