my eibach pro kit got here just minutes ago

has anyone done a write up on how to put these things on? or should i have a shop do it?

i have a vehicle lift but they dont really come with directions

Maybe, but only for removing the stock springs, the lowered ones should fit right in without too much hesitation.

No, you dont have to have them. I was asking about this earlier, and a few of the guys have done it without them. You can just use a jack to compress the spring, I think.
