which would be better the .45 or the 9/16?????

On the guy's web site it states thathis tests were conducted with the 9/16. I'd get that one unless I knew thegains the .45 would yield.

On 3.8mustang there's a guy who sells those spacers on his site and he conducted some dyno tests on a v6 with the 9/16 spacer and he got some decent gains (for the money)-- like 6 solid RWHP and 8 RWTQ. Didn't read anything on his site about the gains with a .45

Just do it with the 9/16. You will get gains no doubt - and even if it's just6 rwhp and 8rwtq it could mean 1/10 more off your 1/4 mile.
