For that price I would not really trust the filter. Additionally, a CAI would not really add much unless you have other mods there.
Save your money and buy a decent tuner like the SCT XCAL2

Its bs, you lose gas mileage when you gain HP.

That's not entirely true. It depends on where the hp gain is at. If the hp gain is peak hp only, then MPG will be 100%. If the hp gain is mid level RPM rang and up, MPG will remain mostly uneffected, such as with superchargers and turbos. If the hp gain is throughout the power band, such as with some N2O shots, and N/A engines, MPG will most likely decrease unless hp usage at a certain RPM remains the same, in other words, at 70 mph you used 90 rwhp before the work, and at 70 mph you're still only using 90rwhp, very rare, but it happens.
