Which springs
Just installed some Ford Racing C springs and they are exactly what I wanted. They add firmness to the ride, about a 1.25" drop in the front and little less in the rear but they aren't harsh. It's been raining here so I haven't had the chance to wash the car and post pics but I will get those pics up as soon as I do.
I love my Roush springs, made for a V6, I currently have stock shocks/struts until they go bad, and its the best riding mustang i have ever rode in. I had eiabach pros and hated the ride. Roush knows his $hit.

EDIT:: Is it a soft ride, or responding?
I got mine off ebay for i think $160, but you can get them from roush performance for around $180 + shipping http://store.roushperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=338

The ride is awsome, I don't feel the bumps in the road near as much with Roush compaired to the eibach. The performance is about the same. I can take the clover leaf exit ramp at 75 mph without tires squealing with either but much smoother ride. I have the Roush struts and shocks but gonna wait a few more miles before I change them out. Well worth it.
