HELLP NOW PLEASEEE!!
Okay, im cutting my springs, the front ones are done. I am uysing the How to posted by Ryan but i canttttt relieve the tension in the back spring enouigh to pull it out and i cant even us a crow bar to pry it out!!! I think the differential is resting on my Magnaflow dual exhaust so it wont go low enough i have removed the lower shock bolts and it just wont go down enough. PLEASE HELPP!
YESSS! I loosened the exhaust and was able to get the spring out. Now which side of the back do i cut??? The bottom part curls in and gets into a narrow coil... the top is a little flat but still slanting it maintains its diameter while the bottom doesnt... so do i cut the top or the bottom? i cut off one coil from the front... so how much off the back and where?
It does go over the exhaust, but further back where the Y pipe is the drive shaft was pushing down on it. So i had to unbolt the exhaust so it had more give and then get my friend tostep on the back break and put his weight on itto loosen the tension on the spring. And i had to yank it out. Problem is theres a clicking sound from the back right when i go over speed bumps and it also sits half an inch higher than the other side
Ahhh well i have to cut some more off the springs anyways...
