i live in maryland and i have a 04 mustang with some stuff done to it....i have the exhaust with no cats.....now when i go to emissions wat is the best way for them not knowing...should i drop it were they cant get it over the dyno things?.....or wat do u guys think?

I think you're screwed. Besides a sniffer test they are supposed to visually inspect it, either way it won't pass with no cats.

as for the visual inspection you could weld up the head shileds from your old cats onto the exhaust pipe so it looks like you have cats.

slip the inspector a $100 bill but besides that the use the sniffer the dyno and the visual i think ur screwed

im not answering that, go to google and look up catalitic converters and read!!!
yea u could weld up ur heat shields but either way ur gonna fail the sniff test
