So some of you guys remember back in like Feb of this year how I ordered my upper and lower from rpm-mustangs. Well mik, the owner, told me that to do my upper and lower it would take about a month-month and a half to do. I got my lower from him in about two months. I was having him port match my upper to a 70mm tb and so he said he needed the tb. So I was waiting on it to come in from brothers performance for about a week. I got the tb but it was a 65mm tb. I was pissed. I called brothers performance and bbk and asked them if made a 70mm tb and they both said no. The thing that makes me mad is that brothers performance has known about this but falsely advertised it on both thier homepage and ebay site and took it off both after I called them. I have even printed it off. So I sold my 65mm tb for $175 I think it was because I wanted to get the 70mm. Well I told Mik all about this and he said he would have to work on another upper because he had already started port matching for the 70mm so I said ok. That was in May. I e-mailed him about to weeks later and asked how far he was and he said it was all done except it needed to be welded together (because I got the cut n weld upper intake manifold). He told me that would take another week-week and half. After that time had gone by, I have e-mailed him several time and called him once and he has not responded to me.

I don't know what to do. I paid $600 for the upper intake manifold and he's not responding to me. I have receipts. But I still don't know what to do. I live in Michigan and he's in Cali. so I can't just drive over. From feb - now is a retarded amount of time to take. I need some help guys. Give me some suggestions/help please!

 

uhhh complain to the BBB? Sue him? have some MFers in Cali rough him up? Have you tried contacting anyone else other than the guy youve been talking to? Another Employee or something?

 

What's BBB? I'd like to sue or fly out there but I don't have the money too right now. He is the owner and he is the only employee I have talked to/know of.

 

BBB = Better Business Bureau. They might be able to help, and would probably offer some good suggestions as to how to get your money back. http://www.bbb.org/, read up on the organization, then go to"File a Complaint". Good luck.

I'm looking for the address right now... I think I found it. Live Oak, CA 95953. I'm not totally sure, but I'm sure that if you drove by this place you would know if it's him or not because of all the mustang stuff and machines.
