Default Cobra R Spoiler

I have a Cobra R body kit on my 2000 mustang. I am considering changing the stock spoiler to the correct one. I have seen them online for around $200 plus shipping. I was wondering is it better to get a new decklid to drill the holes into or should I use my excisting one? Also is there a lot of work involved beyond the drilling?

ehh, don't do it--scoot your stock one back a couple of inches and use the money to get smoked headlights and regular tails.
