i know that there are alot of other factors that come into play but im just weighing out my options right now... a spacer would yield about 7hp and 8lb/tq, than i would get a diablosport used on here for about 200-250..than im debating a pulley and LT headers

im just seeing if its worth dumping some cash into...but most of these would be gifts if i decide to ask for them..idk..just seeing whats worth it

Like I said ... a few more bolt-ons a mid 15 sec if driven well. ... Spacer probably not worth...
You shouldknow what you are talking aboutbefore you give anyone advice.
Intake spacer is the best bang for your buck mod out there. 100$ for 7.2 torque and 6 horsepower is more than doubble than an under drivepulley for almost half the price.

and a bigger throttle body will hurt performance, if do anything, unless you have your upper intake ported to match it.

Im thinking a little spacer cant make you whats that... "6hp" and "7.2 ft/lbs" torque

Seriousley, think about italittle.

On the other hand, think how much HP you could make if you wan one of those tornado gizmoes too! ...

I could only guess: maybe Mid-Low 15's with a good launch and ideal contions.
Look at the gains for a Jet Chip:

It should also firm up the trans shifts. About $220 from Summit, cheaper than the programmers.
Also BBK makes a bigger throttle body, the spacer probaly is not worth it. Make sure the tire pressure is set right, and the rest off your car in in good shape, fuel filter, plugs/wires, etc.
Those Bullits wheels look awesome and so does the Mach 1 chin spolier. Looks likes a Cobra bumper as well? Nice
thank you. and yes, cobra front

you should think about learning before you open your mouth. that power is there, and it is low in the rpm band where it is most useful. you get more low-end torque and virtually the same top-end, it provides a much harder pull from 1500-3000 rpm. you should consider doing some research before you say, i don't think it could do that, what experience do you bring to the table??

My bad if I knocked on the spacer, The only dyno sheets I have seen for any spacer, is on 4bbl. carbs and they werealways worth a few horsepower. Nothing major.
And any programmer/chip than can load a tune and set up crisper trans shift would work to your advantage. Snappier shifts will be a big plus, as well as the power increase. Note: you may need to run higher octane gas with the more aggresive tunes.

Unless somebody knows how to properly tune your car with the tuner, on a regular tune and those parts you're gonna still be running damn close to stock. If you find somebody that knows what they're doing the tuner could really be bennificial by modifying certain parameters of the car.
