split port swap..?
Throttle body, upper intake, lower intake, heads, push rods (old ones may work, but new ones aren't a bad idea), new head bolts (old bolts should not be reused), full wiring harness, 99-04 spark plugs, 99-04 coil pack relocation, slight modification to the fuel system (can't remember what exactly though), 19lb hr fuel injectors (larger would be reccomended if you're going with a ported system or plan on an S/C in the future, you may also need to modify your MAF if you go over 24lb), upper/lower intake gasket, throttle body gasket, head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, all for a 99-04.
That's about all I can think of, a 99-04 ECU wouldn't hurt either.
