Default Underdrive Pully Question

Was wondering is it worth it to get an underdrive pully and how easy is it to install or to have a mechanic shop do it. Also where is a good place to purchase one???

Its an easy instal, you just pop the old one off and put your new one on. You may need a new belt depending on which one you get. Most people get the ASP, not sure where tho. Check the sites sponsers, they usually have anything your looking for.

I was hearing that when installing you have to somehow jam the flywheel so the pully doesnt spin when you try to take it off. Is this true. Wanting more opinion on how to install it myself!!!

They are not that hard to do. You and a buddy can do it in an hour or less with the right tools. The only down side is the alternator also spins slower so if you have a big wattage system you may need to upgrade your alt.
