No, they sell them in pairs, which is all you need.

You only needMIL eliminators on the two downstream (rearmost) O2 sensors, or if you have a flash tuner you don't need any MIL eliminators at all.

The front two go into the two bungs nearest the manifolds just like on your stock midpipe. They monitor the exhaust before the catalytic converters on a stock setup, so nothing has changed with respect to what they are monitoring when you use them on an offroad midpipe. The two that used to be behind your cats are the ones that are now monitoring exhaust that used to go through your stock cats (which are no longer there), so they are the two that must be "fooled" into thinking that the cats are still working properly.

if someone already hasnt clearly stated it yet, the first set of sensors are in the manifolds, not the midpipe.

Survey Says...."X" (with annoying buzzer sound)

In 99-04 ALL 4 sensors are in the Midpipe. 94-98 are the years that have the first pair in the manifolds.

And, since the knightster stated up front that his was a 2006 V6, the upstream (forwardmost) O2 sensors are indeed in the midpipe, NOT the manifolds.
