Default Sway Bars

So I just installed the rear sway bar I got from a member here and wow... Big difference! Noticeably better handling! I love it!

Alright, so, I'm about to put on the front sway bar and my question is, do I need to have it aligned after this? I really hope not, haha. Anyways, thanks!

that is wrong, make sure the front sway bar is bigger than the rear. no you won't need an alignment.

Sabin you can get a used one from a salvage yard offpretty much any GT. I can't remember the two diameter sizes, but I was told when buying mine the smaller one is better. The larger size is too rigid snaps around the mount under hard cornering, where the smaller of the two tend to have moreflexibility. Think about, it makes sense. You can get them new from several performance shops that sell suspension parts.

I bought mine used off of a guy on here who was parting out a whole 98 Cobra, so I bought both front and rear for a little over 100 shipped. Installed the front sway bar and I've just gotta say sway bar testing is fun! Some swerving and some high speed turns, haha, at least that's what I did! I can't believe how much body roll there was! Much more confident in the turns now. And I didn't have to disassemble my whole front suspension... I'm just gonna run it and hope it's ok until I actually do the whole front suspension.

Well I was told I had to have it aligned after having it installed. And no I didn't pay for the alignment. I paid for the original when my car needed it, and then within 6 months I can have it aligned however many times I want and it is free. Including this one. I actually went back after I had the sways put on and had -0.5ยบ of camber dialed back in...
