i agree the making a v6 fast is more fun and less of the norm but i would never call any mustang a sleeper....for the simple fact that 99% of the population by looking at or driving in one could never tell the difference between a v6 or a v8 they all assume they are v8's and therefore expect speed

 

Thats because they are stupid. Its simple. V6 no dual exhaust and V8 dual exhaust. The emblems on the side. And other. Like no fog lights on the V6. The only reason I know is because I see so many V6's around here.

 

you guys talk about making a v6 a GT or even cobra killer. that's fine, but you're basing this on stock cobras and GTs. how many people on this board leave their vehicles stock? how many people leave them stock in general that like to mess around on the street or track? not very many. i can't think of any off hand. put a blower on a v6, sure, you'll wax some tails. put that same v6 up against a GT with a blower, i'd put my money on the GT.

 

FYI: the emblems on the side don't mean d!ck. the 35th & 40th anniversery stangs have the special anniversery symbols on the side, regardless if it's a GT or V6. i keep my foglights off usually when i'm driving. so i have the 40th badges and no foglights on, i'm in stealth mode per say. aside from the loud rumble.

 

i would do the v6 since you already have it everyone has a fsat v8 lets start seeing a fast v6. dont get me wrong i would love to have a v8 but i got wat i got and if the 6ers came with t-lock i would be soo satisfied with them the 6es are still pretty fast compared to a lot

 

yeah i have a v6 dual exhaust and fog lights and even if i had a gt i would take off the gay looking gt badges and still put the pony and stripes one and i would try to silence the v8 more so it really doesnt matter any more with how the car looks to say its a v8 or not

yeah, i don't mind the GT emblems really. i was just saying that not all GTs have those as blueangels said all GTs have. i don't really mind the GT badges. i think the snakes are the pure sex though.

get the v8 a v6 will always soung like crap not to mention all the stuff you will have to upgrade if you do a supercharger like transmission, rearend, and fuel system after all that you probably would have more money into it than you would if you bought a GT. Then you'd be stuck with a big steaming pile of V6[:'(]
