Universal Bi-Xenon HIDs?

i found some "universal"9007 Dual HID Headlights. i emailed the seller/company to ask whether it would fit, and of course they said it would fit... i was just wondering if it would fit perfectly, WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATIONS such as cutting, etc... does anyone have "unviersal" HID Kits? and if so, did u do ANY customizing in order to fit it, or was it a direct fit?

** i WOULD buy the kits from stangmods or american muscle, but those prices are too heavy for my pockets.. **

anyone know any other sites to buy HID KITS? -- If u bought some from ebay and are happy with ur purchase, pls add the "seller name or seller store" for me...
