If its a dead mouse in the vents then a power washer wount get it out unless you stick it in the vents of your car (not recommended)
Does it smell dank and musky? Can you describe the smell?

Hmm... I use my A/C rarely, but when I do, it smells kinda weird too, almost like the way it smells when it first rains... except not as fresh... I just don't use the A/C, that's what windows are for!

Okay man, condensation on the evaporator has over time formed a bad smell. It's very common. Go to the Ford dealership and buy a can of their HVAC treatment. They use it on every used car before they sell. It will go in there and kill all the bacteria and get rid of the smell.
