Default engine swap

I'm thinking of buying a V6 mustang and putting a 5.4L in it. Does anyone know a good place to buy the motor? Does anyone know where I can look up to see what standard transmission I need to buy to be compatible?

Thanks!

I'm pretty new to domestic and don't know a whole lot about it, if you didn't notice. Do you have a better suggestion?

You realize the 5.4 and 4.6 are the same engine with different strokes, right? Unless you're talking the Cobra R or GT500 5.4 which is a 4v.
