Default Debadging

I'm just curious, would mustangs look good with thebadges removed, or does itlook like trash? I"ve seen some cars that look really good debadged, and others that look like ***.

I was thinking the ford oval on the back, as well as the dealership thing near it, and then maybe the pony emblems on the side. Or maybe I could just spray paint the emblems black or something.

Also, how do you get them off, and does it leave a residue or a mark? I mean, its been on there for 9 years and the rest of the paint has endured the weather, so that could make a difference.

someone photoshop it and let see....

one w/ all badges gone, maybe another with the badges "profiled" (a single color) sounds interesting

(I kinda like my front pony without the corral or grilleon the '98)

Of course cobras are earned - why take them off? (uh oh, here it comes! please I do not intend to inflame!)

the ford emblem and the side emblems have holes behind them. you would have to get the ones in the fenders welded shut and the one in the trunk filled with a fiberglass filler. then of course everything would need painted. its a lot of work. it looks really good though.

oh and you can take off the dealer emblem. just clean behind it after your done.

man, wtf were they thinking...

I just did a quick MS Paint chop, and it looks pretty good. I'll post pics:

my skills are lacking, but its not too bad.

Its a good thing I didn't just decide to go outside and start removing stuff or I'd have holes in my fenders. lol

I wonder if I should remove the front mustang thing. Depending on how long I have it, and what mods I do, the color scheme I'm going for is blacked out. Dark tint, and eventually I'd like to get some black wheels and smoked headlights and corners, but that will be a while.

I wonder what it would look like... I'm not that good with MS Paint.

what would it look like if I sprap painted the badges black?

either glossy or flat black, I dunno. I'd have to remove them to do that though, how hard would it be to put them back on?
