Tune Ups
Some people have been asking about tune-ups and spark plugs, well... Here ya go.
THIS IS FOR A FORD 3.8L 94-04
Keeping your car in top tune-up condition will ensure a longer life, better gas mileage and better performance.
You think your car is running sluggish? Not as good as when you bought it? Lots of miles? Well you just might need a tune-up
Tune Ups Are usually
Oil Change
Spark Plugs
Plug Wires
Radiator Flush
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Full Tune Up Usually Consist of
Oil Change and Filter
Radiator Flush
Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Belt
Air Filter
Adjusting Clutch
Battery
Power Steering
Trans Fluid and Filter(Flush)
Battery Cable Ends
Upper and Lower Hoses
Bleed Brakes/Change Brake Fluid
Im sure theres more i forgot, this is off the top of my head
Run Fuel Injector Cleaner though the fuel system
I do NOT Reccomend Flushing or changing the trans fluid after 120K if it has never been done before
Throttle body Cleaner, wipe off blade
Check the Tires and Brakes
Check Idler Pully
Check Tire Air Pressure
Check All Suspension
Change Oil every 3,000 miles or 3 months(the particles in conv. and synthetic oils ware down over time, even if the car is just sitting)

Sounds good, but I would recommond changing the oil filter when ever you change the oil. Which is, hopefully, every 3K miles, 5K at the most. Engine lubercation is not the place to pinch pennies.
Its amazing that a lot ofpeople interested in performanceoften forget the basics. Good, thorough list
