Local auto parts stores should have a kit for restoring headlight lenses.
Or you can get a plastic polish and some sand paper, sand it down with some heavy grit and progressively sand onto lighter and lighter grits, then polish it. Its essentially the same as the headlamp restore kits.
what would i use to polish after i lightly sandpaper it?
it will take more than lightly sanding. you will want to use like 1000 grit paper for a long time then use 1500 for a long time then use 2000 grit for a very very long time. sand in different directions, not all the same way. then get some plastx or some kind of plastic polish and use that on them. they wont look perfect before the polish, the polish is what really helps.
