Been noticing for a couple day now if i roll up or down the windows my headlights dim and the rpms drop a little. like the car is really having to put forth an effort to do the task. car has a new battery of 4 months that is testing good. the alternator was tested about 5 months ago and was shown to be fine. any of you guys have an idea whats going on? i used to have the battery die overnightbefore i replaced it, but now that the new one is in all has been good...[]

 

i had that same issue recently [few months ago]. Eventually, my passenger window shorted out.. maybe this is happening to u too.. i noticed the same rpm and headlight symptoms and weeks later, the window shorted. took it back to ford, got it fixed.. and now everything is back to normal...

i hope this help.. and i REALLY hope no wires short out on u.. it costed me $380.00 for them to re-wire the shT...

Same thing. My window isnt stuck yet but maybe a fuse?

 

Well the motor better die in the up position! I guess ill keep an eye on it until then, its really gonna **** me off if i got to pay that much for a damn window motor and rewire. On the upside i just bought a shaker kit for a steal of a price.

 

my window stopped working.. and when my fuse reset the lights dimed and radio flashed and it clicked.. motors were fine, i had to battery jump them to close it lol

why? open wire hitting.. which wire? one of the 1000 under there connected to the ignition. mine was under the dash..

what to try? new fuse under steering wheel. doesnt work? wire shorting. electrical.

btw both mine went out! more questions pm me.. i recently fixed it and now i have fresh air!
