What are the pros and cons of these? will I be able to notice the power increase?

Pros, better looking dynos, slightly better mpg
Cons, doesn't really improve performance, can cause charging issues with high powered stereo systems

as stated above:

Pros:
-less weight
-slight (small) performance increase
-looks

Cons:
-Can mess with alternator
-not reccomended if you plan on super charging (the pullies wont hold up to the extra power)

10 hp at best, will be closer to around 8, but torque will remain mostly the same, maybe +1 or 2, but nothing to jump for joy over.
