i got an 00 v6 manual with 4.10 and possi. what else would i need to beat some rich kids dodge charger daytona( the new ugly *** lime green one) its a auto.

you will need a lot. s/c, Turbo, or N20... cheapest and easiest way would probably be at least a 100shot with a tune...

Even that won't be enough. Those Hemi's walk all over s197 GT's. There's not much he can do with a stock short block.

 

Aren't those heavier than hell though? I thought I saw a post in the Street/Strip section saying they were about even (GT's and Chargers). If that's the case, then 100 shot and tune should be ok from a dig. Remember, if it is heavy as hell, it's going to take a lot to get that mass moving....now top end....that's another story. But I don't even know why I'm answering this....99% of the "what do I need to do to beat X" posts never go anywhere....

 

Yeah uhm, those boats are about even with an s197 GT no where close to "walk all over"....
S/C or Turbo will eat one.
