Default Strut tower brace

Is a strut tower brace even worth buying and if it is does it make that much of a difference?

it helps keep even wear on the struts and tires, so i would say its not a bad investment if you have the money.

+1, it helps to eliminate forward roll when doing hard turning by, as the name states, bracing the two halfs of the fron half of the car, together on the top side.

That and the rear sway bar have been the best investments ive done to my car. Since its a vert it eliminated much of the flex when cornering. Id say its a more than worth mod especially if you dont have a roof over your head.

No those are actual engine braces or stabilizers. I'm pretty sure strut tower bars only go to the strut towers or the strut towers and the pinch weld part of the firewall.

no its not actually touching the engine in any way to keep it from moving. if you look at the strut tower brace, it mounts to the engine bay and the strut towers.

I installed the STB and an Eibach Proline kit both in the same day so I can't say what was more productive but the difference in handling was epic.
