Default what to do?

hey sup people i have a 86 4banger that stalls when i try to start it cold if its been sitting over night. ill have to give it gas and then put it into gear then start driving it. it will run alright but will idle funny for about two blocks then its fine for the rest of the day i have the original cater cab that i rebuilt and ive replaced the tps sensor all wires and plugs. some one said it might be the timming but then that wouldnt explain it only doing it on a cold start..any suggestions?[>:]

Its your choke thats giving you problems from your post it looks like your running a carb?

Because of only cold probs, I'd have to agree it's something with the choke maybe the choke isn't closing?. Clean it with Gumout choke and carb cleaner. Could be a vacuum line also.
