Why when Autolite makes them for ford

Autolite Platinum AP 764 is direct replacement but 1 step colder which is a wise choice for 99+'s and are about $3/plug

i just grabbed autolites (double platinum) for around 4/plug. ordered wires from autobadges, havent installed them yet, I know it's going to be fun gettin the two closest to the fire wall out.
