Default Pypes Performance Exhaust Question

well i'm new here, this is my first post. i'm thinking about getting an exhaust system for my '98 V6 mustang from http://pypesexhaust.com. i've decided on *Description: 96-04 V6 w/cats w/X* i dont think i can do a direct link to it, but the picture should come out at the end of the post. well it comes with mufflers, but you get to pick which ones you want. so here's my question, does anyone have either of these mufflers or have more info on them on sound-wise? I've decided on the Pro-V or Street Pro mufflers that can be found here

also i just found a sound clip of a 00 V6 mustang with the Street Pro mufflers here so by their sound levels it says the Pro-V should be a little bit louder. would it make a difference since that ones a 00 and i have a 98?

thanks

its $679 plus 50 for s&h but it says its an easy installment and can be done at home, so i'm guessing no welding involved. i'm still in high school so my friend is in the autoshop class at school and said they would be able to install it for me. also this will pretty much wipe me out of money for now, how much was your setup and how was the install?

Looks like a good set up. Personally I think all 3.8's sound pretty much the same if they have identical mods and exhaust, so I'm sure your 98 will sound like the 00 you heard.

Take a look at this thread. I have a Bassani exhaust on my vette, but never knew or thought about one for my V6. Here is the word from the V6 King, Dan Haga and his 400+ horse power V6 mustang.
